Mission

The Community Health Foundation of Lafayette County is dedicated to enhancing primary health services in and around Lafayette County.  We accomplish this mission by funding health and medical education scholarships and funding the primary healthcare infrastructure.

Vision

Through our scholarship initiative, The Community Health Foundation desires to increase the availability of medical and healthcare professionals within our communities.  Individuals are eligible to apply for scholarships to aid and assist in funding his/her pursuit of a degree in the healthcare or medical fields.  In addition, the Community Health Foundation will consider the funding of projects to support our area’s primary healthcare needs through healthcare awareness initiatives.
